Under Settings → Billing, you can view all the information about your current LearningSuite subscription.
Subscription Overview
On the first page, you’ll find:
Your current LearningSuite plan
The resources you’re currently using (number of members, courses, and admins)
Available upgrade options for your plan
This way, you can always keep track of your usage and upgrade directly if needed.
Invoices
Under the Invoices tab, you can:
View all past invoices
Update your billing information if anything has changed in your company (e.g., company name, address, or VAT number)
AI Credits (for Premium or AI Package)
Billing Settings
If you’re using the LearningSuite Premium or AI Package, you’ll also find an overview of your used AI credits here.
You can see how many credits your AI agents have already consumed.
AI credits are billed monthly.
