Go to Settings → Account Settings to access your personal LearningSuite settings.
Alternatively, you can click on your name in the left navigation bar. This also takes you directly to your account settings.
Here, you can edit your personal information within your current LearningSuite instance, including:
First name
Email address
Phone number
Profile picture
If you want to change your email address or password, you’ll need to open LearningSuite Orbit.
LearningSuite Orbit allows you to manage your global LearningSuite user. This is important because a single email address can be used to access multiple LearningSuite platforms.
Within Orbit, you can:
Edit your personal information globally
Update your profile picture for all LearningSuite instances you have access to
You can still set instance-specific profile pictures or custom information for each LearningSuite instance. Simply go to the account settings within the respective instance.
This ensures you have maximum flexibility.
Notifications
Click on Notifications to select which types of notifications you want to receive via email or push notifications.
Regardless of these settings, all notifications are also available in the Notification Center at the top right within LearningSuite.
