Under Settings → Account Settings, you can access your personal LearningSuite settings.
Alternatively, you can click the field with your name in the left navigation bar. This will also take you directly to your account settings.
Here, you can edit your personal information within your current LearningSuite instance.
This includes:
First name
Email address
Phone number
Profile picture
If you want to change your email address or password, you need to open LearningSuite Orbit.
In LearningSuite Orbit, you manage your global LearningSuite user. This is important because you can manage multiple LearningSuite platforms with one email address.
Within Orbit, you can:
Edit your personal information globally
Customize your profile picture for all LearningSuite instances that you have access to
However, you can still set your own profile pictures or individual information for each LearningSuite instance. To do this, simply go to Account Settings within the respective instance.
This ensures that you have maximum flexibility.
When you click “Notifications”, you can select which types of notifications you want to receive by email or as a push notification.
Regardless of these settings, you can also find all notifications in the Notification Center in the top right within LearningSuite.
