Under Settings → Platform Design, you can fully customize LearningSuite to match your branding.
General Settings
In the General Settings card, you can edit:
Your platform name
Your domain
The email sender name for your messages
You can also configure the link preview, which appears when sharing a LearningSuite link, for example via WhatsApp.
Dark Mode
LearningSuite is also available in Dark Mode.
Use the Color Mode dropdown to choose whether your platform should allow:
Light Mode only
Dark Mode only
Both modes
Logo & Favicon
In the Logo & Favicon card, you can customize logos for both Dark and Light Mode and set the compact icon.
This icon is used as:
The favicon in the browser tab
The loading screen icon while the platform is loading
Corners & Fonts
Under Corners & Fonts, you can adjust the rounding of elements across your platform.
This setting applies to all elements in LearningSuite, helping you align the platform perfectly with your corporate identity.
On the right, you can also select your platform font.
If you want to use a custom font, this requires a paid upgrade due to manual development work.

“Powered by LearningSuite” Badge
In the last card, you can enable or disable the “Powered by LearningSuite” badge, which is only visible to members in the member view.
Of course, we’d be happy if you show your members that you’re using the highest-quality learning platform on the market.
