The use of AI Agents and the AI Concierge is based on so-called AI Credits.
Each interaction (e.g., a chat message) consumes credits. The exact number depends on which AI Model is used – more powerful models generally consume more credits. If Quick Response Mode is enabled, credit consumption doubles.
One AI Credit costs approximately 0.7 cents, allowing usage to scale flexibly and transparently.
Where can I find billing?
You can find all information about your AI Credits under:
Settings → Billing → AI Credits
Overview in the “AI Credits” section
After opening the AI Credits tab, you will receive an overview of your usage.
AI Credits for this month
This section shows you:
how many credits were consumed in the current month
a rough cost estimate in euros
additional metrics such as:
number of AI Agents used
chats started
messages sent
This gives you a quick sense of your current usage.
Credit History
The Credit History shows you consumption over the past months.
ideal for comparing trends
provides a quick overview of increasing or decreasing usage

View by AI Agents or Members
You can switch between two views:
Agents → shows usage per AI Agent
Members → shows usage per Member
Filter by time period
You can also specify the time period for which the data should be displayed.
This allows you to, for example:
analyze specific time periods
evaluate campaigns or new content
Agents view
In the Agents view, you can see the following for each AI Agent:
number of chats
credits consumed
number of Users
You can also use the User icon to see which Members have used the respective Agent the most.
There, you can see:
the individual Members
how many chats they had
how many credits they consumed
Members view
In the Members view, you can see the following for each Member:
number of chats
credits consumed
how many AI Agents were used
Use the magnifying glass icon to get a detailed overview of which AI Agents the Member has used.
There, you can see:
the individual AI Agents
how many chats were conducted with them
how many credits were consumed in each case
