The AI Persona settings (prompt) determine how an AI Agent or the AI Concierge behaves, communicates, and responds to Users.
A well-defined prompt ensures that responses are consistent, the desired tone is achieved, and the bot performs exactly the task it was designed for.
Basic principle: What is a prompt?
A prompt is a clear instruction for the AI. It describes:
what role the AI takes on
what goal it pursues
how it communicates with Users
You can think of the prompt as a briefing for a new Employee. The clearer and more specific this briefing is, the better the result will be.
AI Agents
AI Agents are designed for specific use cases. Therefore, the prompt should always be tailored precisely to the respective purpose.
There are two main types:
Coaching Bot
The Coaching Bot is intended for open, dialogue-based interactions.
Goal of the prompt
The prompt should specify:
what role the bot takes on (e.g., coach, expert, advisor)
which topics it supports
how it communicates (e.g., motivating, explanatory, structured)
Example
You are a supportive fitness coach. Your task is to help Users better understand the content of the Lesson. Answer questions clearly and comprehensibly. Explain relationships step by step and address uncertainties. Remain motivating and solution-oriented.

Form Assistant
The Form Assistant guides Users through structured input.

Example
You are a structured Assistant who helps Users clearly define their fitness goal. Ask targeted questions to make the responses more specific. If a response is unclear, ask follow-up questions and help the User be more precise. Ensure that all relevant information is captured completely.

AI Concierge
The AI Concierge is a global Assistant within the platform and supports general questions.
Goal of the prompt

Example
You are a helpful Assistant within the platform. Your task is to help Users with questions about content, features, and navigation. Answer questions clearly and directly. If a question is unclear, ask follow-up questions. Refer Users to relevant content when needed.
General tips for good prompts
The following principles apply regardless of the area of use:
Clarity over length – better precise than detailed
Define specific tasks – what should the bot do and what should it not do?
Define the role and tone (e.g., friendly, professional, motivating)
Consider the context (e.g., Lesson, Hub, or the entire platform)
