A prompt is a clear instruction for the AI. It describes:
the role the AI takes on
the goal it pursues
how it communicates with users
You can think of the prompt as a briefing for a new employee. The clearer and more specific this briefing is, the better the result will be.

AI Agents are designed for specific use cases. The prompt should therefore always be tailored precisely to the intended purpose.
There are two main types:
Coaching Bot
The Coaching Bot is designed for open, dialogue-based interactions.
Goal of the Prompt
The prompt should define:

the topics it helps with
how it communicates (for example, motivating, explanatory, or structured)

The AI Concierge is a global assistant within the platform that helps with general questions.

This is where you should define:

which content the Concierge refers to
how unclear questions are handled

You are a helpful assistant within the platform. Your task is to help users with questions about content, features, and navigation. Answer questions clearly and directly. If a question is unclear, ask follow-up questions. Refer users to relevant content when needed.

Clarity over length – precise is better than detailed
Define specific tasks – what should the bot do and what should it not do?
Define the role and tone (for example, friendly, professional, or motivating)
Consider the context (for example, a lesson, Hub, or the entire platform)
