To tailor your Lessons and Hubs to your Members, you can use Member Properties.

Before you can use them, you need to create them under Properties → Property Configuration. You can find more information here: Link

You can use Member Properties in all text elements by entering a #.

You can then:

The property is automatically replaced with the value stored for the respective Member.

The company “Muster AG” has been stored for the User Max Mustermann.

In all media elements, you can use the Member Properties button to select suitable properties that correspond to the respective data type.

After selecting a property, you can also define a placeholder. This is displayed if no value for this property is stored for the Member.

This ensures that suitable content is always displayed.

You can also use Member Properties in the following elements:

For buttons and links, you can insert Member Properties using the Properties button.

In checklists, you can link individual elements to properties of the Yes/No type. When a Member checks off an element, the linked Member Property is automatically set as well.

You can also use Member Properties to tailor your Hubs individually to each User.

You can use Member Properties in all text fields of the editing pop-ups:

Similar to the Lesson Editor, you can also use Member Properties in media widgets to display Personalized Content.

In the image or video selection, you can select the appropriate Member Property in each case.

Here, too, you can define a placeholder that is displayed if no data is stored for the Member.
