With AI-generated fields, you can automatically create new data from existing Member Properties. You can use this data internally or display it to your Members.
To do this, create a new Member Property under Settings>Member Properties
Create AI-Generated Fields
To generate a Member Property using AI, enable the “Generate property with AI” option when creating the property.
You can then define a prompt to generate the property.
Important: Always use existing Member Properties in your prompt (for example, #Industry, #Target-Audience). Otherwise, the same value will always be generated for all Members.
You can also:
select the AI Model (this affects quality and cost)
specify whether the AI can access the internet (for example, for website analysis)
Make sure the selected data type matches the expected response. For longer content such as summaries, a multiline text field or a formatted field is suitable.
Example prompt:
Summarize the following company:
Name: #Company-Name
Industry: #Industry,
Target audience: #Target-Audience
Purpose: #Company-Purpose
Be sure to test the field before saving it. Each time one of the properties used changes, the AI-generated field is automatically recalculated. This can consume additional AI credits. You can reduce these by making sure your prompt delivers results that are as clear and relevant as possible.
Testing
You can check your prompt in the “Test” tab.
There, you can:
set test values for the Member Properties used in the prompt
load actual values from an existing Member using “Use values from Members”
If you are not satisfied with the result, you can return to the “Prompt” tab at any time and adjust your prompt.
Once you are satisfied, click “Save prompt”.
Regenerate Fields
AI-generated properties are automatically updated as soon as one of the properties used changes.
If you want to manually recalculate all AI-generated fields for a specific Member, you can do this in the Member Pop-up under the “Properties” tab.
