When you create properties in LearningSuite, you can choose from three different visibility types. In this article, we explain what they do and when you should use them.
The following visibility options are available:
Editable
Fields with this visibility can be used in Lessons or Hubs and can also be edited by Members in forms.
This setting is suitable if you want to actively collect data from your Members, for example through forms.
Visible
Fields can be used in Lessons or Hubs, but are not available in forms and therefore cannot be edited by Members.
This visibility is useful if you are preparing content or information for your Members and only want to display it.
Not visible
Fields can be used neither in Lessons nor in Hubs and are also not visible in forms.
This visibility is useful for internal data that your Members should not see.
Important: You can adjust the visibility for each field at any time.
