In LearningSuite, you can use forms in both lessons and Hubs to collect data from your Members. In this article, we’ll show you how to add, edit, and evaluate forms.

Forms in lessons

To use a form in a lesson, add the Form element. You can find it in the editor sidebar under the Forms & AI Agents category.

In the form, you can use all Member Properties that you previously created under Settings → Member Properties.

Important: Only properties with visibility set to “Edit” are displayed.

After adding a property, you can click the relevant field to make additional settings.

You can also easily move individual fields using drag and drop to adjust their order.

In the form’s Design settings, you can also specify:

  • how the form is displayed

  • whether completion is mandatory for Members

If you do not specify a title for the form, it will not be displayed to your Members either. You can therefore freely decide how the form should appear in your lesson.

Forms in Hubs

In Hubs, you can add forms using the Form widget. It is available in sizes M, L, and XL.

Here too, you can use all Member Properties with visibility set to “Editable”.

You can edit the fields in the same way as in lessons:

  • Click a field to make settings

  • Move fields using drag and drop

Form results

As soon as Members complete a form in a lesson or Hub, the entered data is automatically saved in the corresponding Member Properties.

You can view the results here:

  • in the Property overview

  • directly for the relevant Member in the Member pop-up
