Under the Statistics tab within a Course, you will find a detailed overview of your Members' progress and activity.
Member Statistics at a Glance
The table shows all Members who have access to this Course, along with the following information:
Name: Here you can see the name of the Member.
Progress: The percentage progress shows you how much of the Course the Member has already completed.
Learning time: This shows the total time the Member has actively spent in the Course.
Last online: This date shows when the Member was last active on the platform.
Last Lesson: Here you can see which Lesson the Member last opened or worked on.
You can use the search bar to search for individual Members.
You can also use the “Show Members Without Progress” toggle to choose whether to display Members who have not yet started the Course.
User Statistics in Detail
When you click a Member, a detailed Pop-up opens with all Course-related information for that User.
At the top, you can see the Member's name and current Course progress as a percentage. It also shows how long the Member has been enrolled in the Course.
You will find 3 tabs in the User Pop-up:
1. Course Progress
In the “Course Progress” tab, you will find a detailed overview of which Modules and Lessons the Member has already completed.
Here you can see exactly:
Which content has already been completed
Where the Member currently is
Which areas are still open
This gives you a clear overview of the individual learning progress.
2. Unlock Content
In the “Unlock Content” tab, you can manually override the Module access settings for this specific Member.
This means: You can individually define which Modules are visible or hidden for this User, regardless of the general Course settings.
You can use the dropdown for each Module to customize access individually.
The small reset option (arrow icon) allows you to reset a manual change to the original Course logic.
This feature is particularly helpful when:
A Member should receive early access to specific content
Content should be locked for individual Users
You want to create individual learning paths for certain people
3. Feedback
In the “Feedback” tab, you can see all feedback or ratings submitted by this Member within the Course.
This gives you all relevant information about this User in one place.
Reset Course Progress (Three-Dot Menu)
In the three-dot menu to the right of each Member, you will find a particularly important feature:
Here, you can reset the Course progress of the respective User.
This is particularly relevant in the following cases:
When a Member wants to restart the Course from the beginning
When you are working with a test User and want to reset their progress
When a Course run is to be started again
After resetting, the User starts again at 0% progress and can complete the Course from the beginning.
