Under the Statistics tab inside a course, you’ll find a detailed overview of your members’ progress and activity.

Member Statistics at a Glance

In the table, you’ll see all members who have access to this course, along with the following information:

  • Name: Here you can see the name of the respective member.

  • Progress: The percentage progress shows how much of the course the member has already completed.

  • Learning Time: This shows the total time the member has actively spent in the course.

  • Last Online: This date indicates when the member was last active on the platform.

  • Last Lesson: Here you can see which lesson the member most recently opened or worked on.

You can use the search bar to quickly find specific members.

With the “Show members without progress” toggle, you can also choose whether members who have not yet started the course should be displayed.

User Statistics in Detail

When you click on a member, a detailed pop-up opens with all course-related information for that user.

At the top, you’ll see the member’s name as well as their current course progress in percent. It also shows since when the member has been enrolled in the course.

Inside the user pop-up, you’ll find three tabs:

1. Course Progress

In the “Course Progress” tab, you get a detailed overview of which modules and lessons the member has already completed.

Here you can clearly see:

  • Which content has already been completed

  • Where the member currently is in the course

  • Which areas are still open

This gives you a clear overview of the individual learning progress.

2. Unlock Content

In the “Unlock Content” tab, you have the option to manually override the module release settings for this specific member.

This means you can individually define which modules are visible or hidden for this user, regardless of the general course settings.

Using the dropdown menu for each module, you can adjust the release settings individually.

The reset option (arrow icon) allows you to revert a manual change back to the original course logic.

This feature is particularly useful when:

  • A member should receive early access to certain content

  • Content should be restricted for specific users

  • You want to create individual learning paths for certain people

3. Feedback

In the “Feedback” tab, you can see all feedback or ratings that this member has submitted within the course.

This way, all relevant information about the user is bundled in one place.

Reset Course Progress (Three-Dot Menu)

In the three-dot menu to the right of each member, you’ll find an important function:

Here you can reset the course progress of the respective user.

This is particularly relevant in the following cases:

  • When a member wants to restart the course from the beginning

  • When you are working with a test user and want to reset the progress

  • When a new course run should begin

After resetting, the user will start again at 0% progress and can go through the course from the beginning.
