In each course, under the Feedback tab, you can view all lesson-specific feedback submitted by your members.
How Members Can Give Feedback
For every lesson, members have the option to leave feedback at the bottom left.
They can:
Give a 1–5 star rating
Optionally provide additional feedback for the lesson
This feedback is only visible to admins (team members). Members cannot see the ratings or feedback of others.
This feature is particularly helpful for continuously improving your course.
Members can, for example, point out:
Areas where they had difficulty understanding
Content or chronological errors
Spelling mistakes
Technical issues
General suggestions for improvement
This allows you to gather valuable feedback and continuously optimize your courses both didactically and content-wise.
Analyzing and Managing Feedback
In the Feedback tab, several tools are available to analyze and organize member feedback.
Search
Use the search on the left to:
Look for specific keywords in feedback
Filter by individual members to analyze their responses
Filter & Sort
You can also:
Show only completed feedback
Sort feedback by:
Newest first
Name A–Z
Rating ascending or descending
Reply to Feedback
You can respond directly to feedback.
Click the message button on the right to send an email to the respective member.
Mark Feedback as Completed
On the right, you can mark feedback as completed.
This helps you stay organized and clearly distinguish between addressed and pending feedback.
