Customize Login & Welcome Popup

Go to Settings → Platform → Design under the Login & App tab to customize your login page and app-related settings.


Customize Login Design

In the Login Design card, you can tailor the login page to your branding.

You have the following options:

  • Edit the login page title (e.g., “Login”)

  • Adjust the description text to explain to your members what they can expect in your academy

  • Choose a logo style

  • Change the background image

  • Set the login card color

  • Define the background color

This allows you to perfectly align the login page with your branding.

Don’t forget to save your changes using the Save Changes button in the top right corner.


LearningSuite App

In the LearningSuite App card, you can make access to the mobile app easier for your members.

Share Universal App Link

Use the Copy Universal App Link button to copy the app link and share it directly with your members.
It automatically directs users to the correct app store (iOS or Android).


Request a Custom App

Want your own app with custom branding?

Click Request App to request a Custom App.

A Custom App is:

  • A paid upgrade

  • Only available with the LearningSuite Premium subscription

With a Custom App, you get your own branded app in the App Store and Google Play Store.


Enable Google Login

The Allow Google Login setting lets you enable login via Google on your login page.

We generally do not recommend this feature for coaches, as it can cause user issues (e.g., due to multiple Google accounts).

You can toggle this feature on or off at any time.


Welcome Popup

In the Welcome Popup card, you can display a greeting that members see on their first login.

You can:

  • Enable or disable the popup

  • Customize the content (e.g., greeting text)

  • Optionally add an introduction video

  • Prompt members to upload their profile picture

  • Encourage members to complete their profile

This ensures clear orientation and a professional first impression right from the first login.
