Under Settings → Platform → Design, in the “Login & App” tab, you can customize the design of your login page and app-related settings.
Customize Login Design
In the “Login Design” card, you can customize your login page.
You have the following options:
Edit the title of the login page (e.g., “Login”)
Customize the description text that explains to your Members what to expect in your Academy
Select the logo style
Change the background image
Set the color of the login card
Define the background color
This allows you to tailor the login page to your branding.
Don't forget to save your changes using the “Save Changes” button in the top right.
LearningSuite App
In the “LearningSuite App” card, you can make it easier for your Members to access the mobile app.
Share the Universal App Link
Use the “Copy Universal App Link” button to copy the app link and share it directly with your Members.
It automatically directs them to the relevant app store (iOS or Android).
Request a Custom App
Would you like your own app with custom branding?
Use the “Request App” button to request a Custom App from us.
The Custom App is:
a paid upgrade
only available with the LearningSuite Premium subscription
With a Custom App, you get your own branded app in the App Store and Google Play.
Allow Google Sign-In
Use the “Allow Google Sign-In” setting to enable signing in with Google on your login page.
We do not recommend this feature for coaches, as it can often lead to User issues in practice (e.g., due to different Google accounts).
You can enable or disable the feature at any time using the toggle.
Welcome Pop-Up
In the “Welcome Pop-Up” card, you can display a greeting that Members see when they sign in for the first time.
You can:
Enable or disable the pop-up
Customize the content (e.g., the welcome text)
Optionally add an introductory video
Ask Members to upload their profile picture
Ask Members to complete their profile
This allows you to provide clear guidance and make a professional first impression as soon as Members first sign in.
