What are "Users with Reach Booster?"

Users with Reach Booster have special characteristics when they post a contribution: It is displayed with priority in the feed. Depending on the boost level, there are "low", "medium" and "high" prioritizations.

These are users whose content is displayed to other users more frequently.

You can find the setup and management of these users under "Members" --> "Users with Reach Booster".

How the levels differ:

  • No boost -> Posts are not prioritized and appear in the feed like standard posts.

  • Low boost -> Posts from this user are slightly prioritized and are more likely to appear in the feed than standard posts.

  • Medium boost -> Posts from this user are moderately prioritized and are more likely to appear in the feed than standard posts.

  • High boost -> Posts from this user are highly prioritized and will always appear in the feed.

To add or edit a user, click "Add user" and then select who should receive which boost level.

To ensure that your Members receive notifications as soon as a “Person of Interest” (user with Reach Booster) posts something, activate the bell icon for that person. You can find it directly next to the prioritization level.
