Admin View
If you are an admin of the platform, Community administration is enabled for you by default. This means that, similar to Courses, you have control over Member access, moderation, and other important functions.
Feed
In the feed, you can see an overview of your Members' posts. Here, you can set all kinds of filters, view and moderate posts, delete them, or post content yourself.
Forums
In the "Forums" tab, managing the forums within your Community is important. You can group "forums" by creating sections. The structure is as follows: a "section" -> contains "forums". The forums themselves are the channels where Members post content.
Post Requests
If you have set posts in forums to be published only after approval, you will find the related requests here and can approve or reject them. You can also find a history of approved and rejected content.
Reports
Under this menu item, you will find content that has been reported by Members of the Community. You can decide whether the content is then published or deleted and therefore no longer visible. Filters and content categories also help you keep track of everything here.
Members
The core of the Community is managing your Members. Here, you define which Member has received access to which part of your Community and through which method. You also manage the team Members of your Community and who receives or has received which permissions for which area.
Settings
Here, you can find general settings for your Community. You can define the design, colors, etc., as well as the type of levels that are defined. You also specify which rules must be followed in your Community when a Member creates a post. The type of interaction and the Member profile are also among the available settings.
Member View and Search
Of course, as with other content in LearningSuite, you can view a preview of the content at any time or see what the Community looks like from the Member's perspective. To do this, simply select "Member View".
You also have access to a powerful search function that you can use to search the entire Community for relevant content.
