Grant partner access
In LearningSuite Orbit, you can grant official LearningSuite partners access to your instances. This allows the LearningSuite partner to transfer content to your instance and help you build your LearningSuite.
The partner instance must be added using the partner ID
To do this, go to Settings -> Grant partner access and enter the official LearningSuite partner's ID under “Add partner organization”.
This can be found under “Settings” -> “Partner Management” -> “External Partner Access” -> “New Partner Access”, where the partner receives their ID and shares it with you, or you share yours with them.
In the next step, verify which partner organization is the correct one and select the instances you want to grant access to.
Once this step is complete, these instances will appear in your Dashboard under “Additional instances with admin access …” and/or for your partner under “External Partner Access by …”
