Partner Mode allows you to purchase instances, or slots, to pass on to your customers and co-manage them.
You can purchase instance slots via “Settings” -> “Partner Management” -> “Your Own Customer Instances”. Depending on whether you have already purchased a quota, you can now manage your created instances here or purchase new slots directly.
The “Purchase Instance Slot” button automatically takes you to the best available offer for the required number of LearningSuite slots:
In the next step, you will be taken to the purchase link. After purchasing the slots, you can assign the LearningSuite slots to your customers by creating an instance.
Here, you can see directly how much quota you still have available for creating additional instances. You can also create another instance right away.
You can also purchase additional quotas at any time and see an overview of how many slots you still have available.
