What you can do with Content Transfer:
With Content Transfer, you can transfer content such as Courses, modules and Hubs between different instances.
Important notes
During the transfer, the content is copied. This means that all content remains unchanged in the source instance.
Content Transfer works only under certain conditions:
You must have the “Owner” role in both instances to be able to transfer content.
Partners in your Orbit can transfer content from their own instances to yours – not the other way around.
You can find the transfer under -> Settings -> Content Transfer.
Here, you can see an overview of completed transfers at a glance.
To start a transfer, click “Transfer Content”.
You can now select which content you want to transfer from which instance.
For example, two Courses are transferred here.
Before completing the transfer, you can check once again whether the summary is correct and finalize everything:
The selected content will then be transferred to the target instance. You can see the transfer progress in the transfer list.
