Badges

Here you can find out everything you need to know about badges:

What badges are and how you can use them:

Badges are awards that you can assign to your Members manually or through Automations. You can unlock these badges individually for each Member.

Where to find badges:

You can find badges under Settings --> Interaction. They are located directly below Post Boostings.

Badge Groups

Badges are divided into Badge Groups. This allows you to create your own categories for your awards.

A simple example is a category for, for example, revenue awards:

  • Silver Award (over €10,000 in monthly revenue)

  • Gold Award (over €100,000 in monthly revenue)

  • etc.

For Badge Groups, you also have the option to set the display mode. You can choose whether all badges from a group should generally be displayed, or whether only the highest badge should be displayed.

The highest badge is always the one at the very top of the order. With this setting, Members who click on the User with the badge will only see the highest badge.

In the example of the revenue awards above, only the highest monthly revenue achieved by the User would then be displayed.

How badges are displayed:

You can see the assigned awards in the Member's comments and posts or as soon as you click on a User's profile:
