What Post Boostings are and how they work:
Team Members with access to the Community can mark posts as Highlights. You can easily do this via the three-dot menu of a post:
This boost significantly improves the post's ranking, so that as many Community Users as possible see it. In addition, the respective User receives 25 points, which they can use to level up.
The selected Highlight marker is visible to all Users and looks like this:
Configuring Post Boostings:
Under Settings → Interaction & Gamification, you can configure your Post Boostings individually. Create your own labels that perfectly match your Community. Please note that the maximum character length is 20 characters.
Here, you can also define the order of the Boostings, delete them, or edit the label.
